Right of Withdrawal

Our Right of Withdrawal was last updated on 30.11.2025

Please read these carefully before using our service.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., online courses, digital downloads, templates, masterclasses, access credentials), once the performance has begun, after the consumer has given explicit consent and confirmed that they understand that their right of withdrawal is lost once the delivery starts.

When purchasing any of our digital products, you (the customer) will be required to explicitly confirm the following before completing your order:

“I expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to me immediately after purchase. I understand that by giving this consent, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the delivery of the digital content has begun.”

Once this consent is given and the product has been delivered (e.g., access granted, login details sent, file provided), no refunds can be issued.

If you do not give this consent, we are legally required to delay access until the withdrawal period has expired.
Because our products are delivered instantly and rely on immediate access, the purchase cannot be completed without this explicit agreement.
