These Terms apply to all digital Products made available for purchase or access on our website, systeme.io pages, funnels, or third-party platforms used by us to deliver content. They also apply to any agreements made via email, checkout pages, or opt-in funnels.

A binding contract is formed when:

1. You complete the checkout process on systeme.io or any related platform, and

2. We confirm the order or grant access to the purchased Product.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and tax information.

All our Products are digital and delivered electronically.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Online courses

• Masterclasses

• Audits

• Workbooks

• Templates

• Digital downloads

• Coaching materials

• Access to online portals

No physical goods are shipped.

5.1 Prices
All prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable tax regulations.

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:

• Stripe (credit/debit card)

• PayPal (if activated)

• Additional providers displayed at checkout

5.3 Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Your financial information is not stored on our servers.

Access to the digital Product is provided:

• immediately after successful payment OR

• via email with login credentials

You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

By purchasing digital content and checking the consent box, you agree that:

• delivery begins immediately,

• you lose your right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

Therefore, digital products are non-refundable.

Unless explicitly stated on the sales page, all purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access to digital content.

All content within the Products, including videos, texts, PDFs, designs, strategies, and frameworks, is protected by copyright.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own business or personal development.

You may not:

• share logins

• resell, reproduce, or distribute content

• claim the material as your own

• teach or publish the content as your own program

Unauthorized sharing or copying may result in legal action.

You agree to:

• keep your login details confidential

• use the Product ethically and legally

• ensure that your hardware/software allows access to digital materials

We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

While our Products are designed to support your business growth, we cannot guarantee any specific results.

Your success depends on factors including:

• your skills

• commitment

• market conditions

• your implementation

We make no income or performance guarantees.

We are only liable for damages caused by:

• intent or gross negligence, or

• injury to life, body, or health.

For slight negligence, liability is excluded except for breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”), where liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages.

We are not liable for:

• lost profits

• indirect damages

• third-party technical failures

• business decisions made based on our content

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

You agree not to share confidential information obtained inside paid programs.

We may revoke access to Products if you:

• violate these Terms,

• share content illegally,

• engage in abusive or unethical behavior.

No refund will be granted in these cases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
